herf_black1The US military is hard at work designing, building, and using directed energy weapons (HERFs — high energy radio frequency or microwave weapons) for use against micro-electronics and fuel vapor. Unfortunately, directed energy weapons are much more valuable to global guerrillas than nation-state militaries due to the target imbalance between nation-states and non-state foes. The technology needed to build these weapons is generally available and inexpensive (numerous experiments, including this one, scroll to bottom, with a converted microwave oven demonstrate this). Homemade directed energy weapons will eventually become the weapon of choice for global guerrillas intent on infrastructure destruction.
A good reference on this is Col. Eileen Walling’s “High Power Microwaves: Strategic and Operational Imperatives for Warfare” (PDF). She lists four distinctive characteristics of a microwave weapon:
They don’t rely on knowledge of the system.
They leave persistant and lasting effects on the system through destruction of circuits and components.
They can impact systems even when they are turned off.
To counter the weapon the entire system must be hardened.
Here are some attributes of a microwave weapons:
Entry to a system can be direct or indirect (through a variety of backdoor channels).
Destruction occurs from the inside out.
Extreme lethality for electronic components (and fuel systems).
Repair is extremely difficult — it requires high level systems analysis.
Most systems are not hardened against microwave frequencies.
Area attacks are possible.
Insensitive to weather (rain, fog, etc.).
Long reach depending on power used.
Replenishment is easy (nothing except power is expended).
Scalable size (a weapon that weighs less than 10 lbs is possible).
Logistics are limited to battery/power source replacement.
Limited collateral damage.

I’ll point out that hardening against HERF weapons (or any electromagnetic weapon) is relatively trivial. If I remember correctly, one layer of grounded, old-fashioned metal window screen mesh will do, as long as there aren’t any gaps.
Hmm. I wonder who still makes that stuff.

Michael, hardening all microelectronics embedded throughout the “econosphere” may be trivial in concept but non-trivial in practice/expense.
The reason I “like” these weapons is that they are extremely simple to build (the parts, even for much higher power/frequency, needed to build these weapons are available globally), the expertise needed to build them is less than that needed to build a car bomb, their impact on systems can be much more severe than that of explosives, they are silent/stealthy, and they are cheap (mass production of these weapons would put their price at a level comparable to an AK-47 or RPG).

I agree with you about the potencially easy power to destruct found in microwave devices. I think it’s a terrible madness but as you menctioned can be so easy to get the protection with the very simple Faraday’s cage. any tiny metal mesh should work fine to deflect microwaves. i think though, that it depends on the frequency of the waves, because that determmines the size of the microwave. standard microwave ovens have a small grille in them, you can get a general idea of how small the mesh should be to protect your system.

The U.S. military has spent decades on this after the moscow embassy “event”. Today these microwave weapons are used in conjuction with see through walls tech, see milliwave radar. They have reached vigilante groups who have turned mob stalking into a deadly sport where the “gang” can “cook” undesireable persons in their home. The DOD contractors have given us an Orwellian nightmare that can only lead downward unless a blocking tech is devised for personal protection. If you know how to block 3+GHZ microwave please let me know.

I have in the Electronic field for around 25 years.
Worked in everything from 2-Way radio to Home appliances to Computers.
This problem may be caused by certain people tinkering with modified Microwave ovens.
The typical household microwave oven operates at 2.45 Ghz using a tube called a Magnetron.
A magnetron tube could be used as a weapon to cause symptoms or damage reported by victims on websites like this one.
In my experience a magnetron is nothing more than a simple transmitter the puts out 1000 watts at 2.45 Ghz with a simple Waveguide and a Horn you could probly light up your neighbors flouresent lights in their house causing them to really freak out.
Engineers that work at local TV and Radio stations know of this andf have known of this technology for 30 some years.
The Magnetron is nothing new however the way people use the technology is new.
Who would ever think about using a big transmitter to cause harm to people–Black ops???
Back in 95 a buddy and i were playing with a CB radio with a RF amplifier that took the typical 5 watts out and made it 150 watts–When we would talk on it (Transmit) at a red light ,9 times out of ten the blinkers on the car in front of us would blink strange or their tale lights would blink.
This was caused by the radio waves coming off our little antenna on the roof of the car bleeding into the electronics of the other car in front or in back of us.
It must be stressed that our goal was not this outcome,we were simply just trying to get out farther like 25 miles farther so we could talk into the next town.
Technology can be used for evil and i would hope that people could be more responsible if they find their eqipment is interfering out causing damage to others eqipment or for everyones sake ,their health.

Continuation of last post;
Walked around for a bit sipping coffee thinking of my last post.
I offered nothing in the way of help to people that may be victims of this kinda thing so here goes.
Most if not all RF can be blocked by using METAL window screen with a wire running to a cold water pipe or tinfoil using same method.
You have to remember that with any transmitter the power falls off with the SQUARE of the distance if your so inclined you can do the math 🙂 If i was feeling i was under some attack i would use the tinfoil method and then just paint over that or use some type of lining in the walls made of some lightweight screen–but just dont connect the metal to any wiring in the walls or you could be risking a fire.

Where to start.
Last year I had a “sneak and peek” done at my house. This was done with a rather fancy new fiber optic camera, of which I saw the operator of one of the devices. There were at times 3 of these cameras in operation. Its black of course, about 4 feet long with a bend at the tip and a box that houses the operator controls at the back. Kind of like a fishing pole that’s about 2 inches thick.
It is articulating, meaning it can drive the fiber around corners. It has about 75 feet of fiber optic wire which is made by lucent technologies. This camera was also show on the local news being used to search for landslide victims this winter where the 12 houses were covered in Calif.
The bug I pulled out of the phone box on the outside of my house (you need a special hex wrench)
was located between the incoming line and the house phone.
The microchip part number was 669E which I traced to the manufacturer which listed it as a “watchdog” chip.
I was lasered, green in color, and had numerous guys peering in the windows at night with newer type night vision goggles. The also used an infrared illuminator that was driven by the same fiber optics system that consisted of 2 thin disks about the size of dimes that folded up on them selves.
I have a ton of details but haven’t been able to get them in order so far. It will be several pages.
The microwaving, which was accomplished by several methods was intense, and remain so.
The fancy rig that was used is made of “spider wire” that was strung though the treetops over a 1 block area around my house. This served as a moveable RF attenna.
it consists of two loops joined in the middle by a small lead wrap about 6 inches long and painted black. This was used at night of course and was difficult to spot.
A private investigator I contacted confided that he occasionally uses the same method and was impressed I saw it in action. At the disrance of ten feet above my head it gave off a VERY intense EM field that felt like a buzzing, crackling feeling , blured vision and loss of motor control and intense fear reaction.
The lead weight hitting the roof or side of the house is probably the banging sound Ive heard described by so many victims. Since it is moveable, the operator was able to follow me all around my property.
The lead wrap provided the weight and means to raise and lower in height, thus allowing the system full 3 dimension of movement within its range.
As a result of this, and the other hardware being used at and around our house both my wife and I have nearly died, both hospitalized with immune system disorders, and recently a 2 year old girl died across the street from immune system disorder. Her mother is a well know aids activist.
Anyway the street theater is in full swing next door.
Any help you can send my way will be appreciated
Thanks, Brant Mccarthy

Microwaves are typically transmitted from the end of a waveguide and follow a straight line. This is why microwave relay towers are line-of-sight, the antennas must be “looking” directly at each other in order to communicate. There is no power loss over distance since the wave does not spread out like a lower frequency radio wave transmitted via a normal antenna. Only contact with objects will dissipate the power, such as collisions with water vapor in the atmosphere, etc.
In the case of a magnetron being operated outside of a microwave oven cavity, the RF energy would emerge as a beam, kind of like an RF laser (but not really). The RF will not spread like the light from a flashlight but will stay in the straight and narrow line making it highly directional.
A magnetron, factory installed in a microwave, cooks by filling the cavity with deflected waves. The microwave beam enters the cavity, hits the wall of the cavity and bounces until it hits another wall and bounces and this continues until the entire cavity is filled with microwave RF energy. The introduction of food and containers into the cavity will cause “cold” spots in the cavity as a result of the waves being blocked or attenuated. This is why most modern microwaves have a rotating carousel, so that whatever is being cooked can get the best RF bath possible.
With all of this being said it is worth noting that microwave radiation DOES NOT cook from the inside out. That is just ignorant urban legend folklore crap. The first water molecule that the wave hits will attenuate the wave. Why would a microwave favor a water molecule inside of a chicken breast over one on the surface? Rather the microwave heats from the outside in (after all, it has to strike just as another radiant energy source would, on the outside first.) This is not to say that microwave radiation does not penetrate into whatever it is that you are cooking, my only point is that the “inside out” thing is crap.
So, microwaves can be used to communicate over long distances or can be used to warm anything with molecules small enough to attenuate the RF at the specific operating frequency. Any of you out there who are smart enough to calculate RF wave lengths will appreciate that only a specific frequency of microwave will heat food since the wave length must be of a size that will be attenuated by fat or water in the item that you are heating (this is why an empty glass will not get hot in a microwave.)
If you truly believe that the government (or whoever) is controlling you with microwaves, there is some good news. First of all, the power that is being used must be extremely low or you would have cooked by now. Second of all, microwaves can only warm/heat when directed at a person. If you do not notice any warming sensations then you can relax. However, the best news is that it does not take very much in the way of shielding to block microwaves. A metal roof would do the trick like killing a mouse with a sledge hammer. Simply installing some aluminum foil in the attic would also do the trick at a fraction of the cost of the metal roof.
Paint with a high metal content (lead, aluminum, etc.) would adequately shield your entire home and you could even paint over the metallic paint with a more pleasant color if you desired.
Sorry to hear of so many people being controlled by the government’s microwaves. I’ve not had that problem personally but if I notice any warming sensations I’ll get out the aluminum foil hat and hope for the best. Good luck to you all.

You made a mistake with a statement you made (There is no power loss over distance since the wave does not spread out like a lower frequency radio wave transmitted via a normal antenna).
(NOT TRUE !!!!)
If you are technically trained you should know that the (power) falls off with the square of the distance.
Power ratio=ALog of DB/10
3 db horn=2 times power
6 db=4 times power
9db=8times power
12db=16 times power
18db=64 times power
So lets say we started with a 1000 watt source and added a horn with 18db gain
64×1000=64,000 watts now you have to calculate the distance it has to travel in either air or a vacuum.
(Yes it makes a difference)
With 64,000 watts-2.4 Ghz at a distance of a hundred or so yards away the disruptance to ANYTHING would be minor.
This is not Star trek stuff here,we are dealing with RF not plasma weapons or class 4 lasers (The type used for cutting steel)Take it from me–ive dealt with this stuff–It would take way to much power to make a dent in anything unleess you are right in front of the antenna or are firing up that tube with no horn and sitting in front of it.
In that case paln on getting glocoma or cateracks early in life.
Don’t play with this stuff unless you are qualified cause the voltages reqired can kill you.
I say -Walk your dog -tell your kids you love them, voluteer at a homeless shelter.
Don’t dwell on such crazy notions that cannot be of any benefeit in your life.

There is a new generation of mind control weapons coming online. They have been perfecting it on me and others. It involves plasma and maybe some kind of negative particle-ion beam. This is not what is called a hot plasma.
Have not found anything that totally shields it out. And, yes it does penetrate the body and to a great depth. I believe it was developed for attacking the minds and bodies of soldiers and staff inside of underground military bases.
It is being used on Americans and NATO citizens, and chemtrails are implicated in the optimizing of this weapon. Aluminum when hit by a laser will create plasma. Chemtrails are chock full of ultra-fine grain aluminum particulates.
Please go look at my site.

I want one! Can I make one out of my microwave? I wanna zap my little gangbanger neighbors boom car and all the other boom cars I can find!!! I’ll get a costume with a lightning bolt on it and draw a big red circle with a line through it over the bolt. When you read about it in the papers you’ll know it’s me. Headline’s “Caped Grandmother goes postal with strange homemade contraption, disables boom cars all over tri-state area”. I’m not afraid to use it. Somebody tell me how to make it and I’m not real electronically savy but I’m smart as a whip so tell me what to do!

You are still crazy. The federal government has rules about where and how it tests active denial systems. I know I was in the US Army. There are ranges and sealed perimeters. The government is not testing on you. The company you listed at is simply making money off of paranoid people like you. I know you can’t see it because you are sick and need help. This is a reality for you and you must jolt yourself back into the real world. I know you will not believe this. You will probably come back with more web sites and denial and delusions about how everyone is out to get you and stuff like that but all I can say is I am sorry that you got dealt a bad deck in life and you still a sick person. The active denial system is a wonderful non-lethal way of breaking up crowds and penetrating building of hostiles without damaging property. Do you really think the US government, if it was so bad, would waste time on making a peaceful weapon instead of just shooting people that got in their way? I eagerly await your response.

Yo Tim,
Don’t fret this MIB guy.
Ive been watching posts like theese for a while and am seeing ALOT of similar posts like his There are numerous news reports on sevral sites claiming disinformation agents planting bogus info in open forums.
This guy is a disinformation agent in my book.
I don’t know where he gets this mind control shit from though, as far as i can tell you never mentioned anything about mind control.
I can tell you one thing:
If everyone thinks like this guy does we are all fucked cause a buddy of mine took out our neighbors stereo last year using similar methods.
He just simply overloaded the front end on their shit–poof peace and quiet ha ha ha.
But seriously,MIB MAN YOUR mentality is the prelude to the downfall of us all.
If the terrorists ever catch wind of this shit using high power RF to shut down electronic infrastructure were all fucked and you going around telling peeps that they are sick is some sick shit in its self.Maybe one day some asshole will point some shit your way -you will go to the cops and complain and they will throw YOU in the loony bin.

No one person or persons attempt this or try this. there i said the disclaimer.

Sure I worked for the FBI and my first job was to put little aliens in the phone lines so they can crawl through the lines to peoples houses and plant control chips. Then we can remote control the chips using cell phone frequencies.
My second job was using Hubble sattelite to zap people who found out about us with microwaves and catch their house (and them) on fire. Now that you have read this just look to the sky and you can see me at work.

We are at the dawn of a new age in world history, possilby the darkest ever. Within three concepts, one can see what is coming.
The three concepts, which are already being applied covertly by the dark portions of the government, and organized crime syndicates are: New World Order, Direct Energy Weapons, and Mind Control. People are being hurt, maimed, and killed using DEW’s. And, mind control, reading a person’s mind, is no longer science fiction. Futhermore, the future will bring us a point in time when everyone’s brain will be entrained onto a computer. There will be no privacy, crime will be low, and freedom to think will even be challenged.
If one wants to research the above three topics, all they have to do is look at the crime of phenomenom of gang stalking, also known as mob stalking or multi-stalking. People who say these type things don’t exist are either ignorant, or in denial of the truth they know. Its all rather covert operations, with the corrupt sectors of government supporting what is being done to thousands of innocent people.

For years, it has been believed that electric bulbs emit light, but recent information has proved otherwise. Electric bulbs don’t emit light; they suck dark. Thus, we call these bulbs Dark Suckers. The Dark Sucker Theory and the existence of dark suckers prove that dark has mass and is heavier than light.
First, the basis of the Dark Sucker Theory is that electric bulbs suck dark. For example, take the Dark Sucker in the room you are in. There is much less dark right next to it than there is elsewhere. The larger the Dark Sucker, the greater its capacity to suck dark. Dark Suckers in the parking lot have a much greater capacity to suck dark than the ones in this room.
So with all things, Dark Suckers don’t last forever. Once they are full of dark, they can no longer suck. This is proven by the dark spot on a full Dark Sucker.
A candle is a primitive Dark Sucker. A new candle has a white wick. You can see that after the first use, the wick turns black, representing all the dark that has been sucked into it. If you put a pencil next to the wick of an operating candle, it will turn black. This is because it got in the way of the dark flowing into the candle. One of the disadvantages of these primitive Dark Suckers is their limited range.
There are also portable Dark Suckers. In these, the bulbs can’t handle all the dark by themselves and must be aided by a Dark Storage Unit. When the Dark Storage Unit is full, it must be either emptied or replaced before the portable Dark Sucker can operate again.
Dark has mass. When dark goes into a Dark Sucker, friction from the mass generates heat. Thus, it is not wise to touch an operating Dark Sucker. Candles present a special problem as the mass must travel into a solid wick instead of through clear glass. This generates a great amount of heat and therefore it’s not wise to touch an operating candle.
Also, dark is heavier than light. If you were to swim just below the surface of the lake, you would see a lot of light. If you were to slowly swim deeper and deeper, you would notice it getting darker and darker. When you get really deep, you would be in total darkness. This is because the heavier dark sinks to the bottom of the lake and the lighter light floats at the top. The is why it is called light.
Finally, we must prove that dark is faster than light. If you were to stand in a lit room in front of a closed, dark closet, and slowly opened the closet door, you would see the light slowly enter the closet. But since dark is so fast, you would not be able to see the dark leave the closet.
Next time you see an electric bulb, remember that it is a Dark Sucker.

Maybe I could answer a few questions from this entire site.
First of all, to R, if you want protection from HERF’s or Microwave energy, you can either wear a faraday cage 24/7 or go on the offensive.(A best defense is an even better offense)
To bmccarthy,I would suggest getting that on film because it is most likely your neighbor fucking with you, he knows you’re paranoid. Microwaves are not part of psyops, they can’t read your brain or control your mind. They use IR and LSD for that. And yes, if you wear tinfoil on your head you should seek professional help.
to jhon, the magnetron produces microwaves at a 90degree angle from the nipple. As if you were facing the nipple, it wouldn’t hit you directly, that is why a parabolic dish is used in most IW designs.
As far as frying pork at 200ft….I have used a home built version of Dr.Albrecht’s design that uses a 60KW magnetron coupled with a Tesla coil.(try
( for 100kv caps.
Or if you’re too busy paying rent onthat trailor home try getting a team together and grabbing a magnetron from a cell phone tower and some capacitors from the back lot of the power company. The best I could do with this stuff(96 100kv caps. in a marx ) was boil water from 43.7 ft. and fry a PC from 7.9 ft. on a continous zap for 12 seconds.
The design is the best there is for mobile/personel usage. and it still sucks. You guys might be better off figuring out other methods to combat your problems. If I come back here and get a lot of replies, I might post the design.

To Whom It May Concern.
Wow what an experience.
I was employed at Gal Power Systems in Mississauga to work on diesel generator systems.
I was working on a pair of 16 v 92 Detroit diesel generator sets at 4160 volt at a facility called the South West Regional Centre in Chatham Ontario.
I was requested by the project manager Moe Gallick of the Ontario Realty Corporation to supply and install some fuel system components at an Ontario Provincial Police transmitter tower close by.
When I went there to do the work I saw that this was an old abandoned site no longer in use.
I was let into the building and began work.
As I was working I noticed the building had a an unusual amount of rat poison or toxic chemicals distributed inside the building.
No breathing equipment or protective clothing were supplied by either my employer Gal Power Systems , The Ontario Realty Corporation or the Ontario Provincial Police.
Mr Gallick did not spend very much time in the building.
I did not complete the work.
Shortly after this I had to seek medical attention within the Ministry of Health and was off work for close to a year.
This was a deliberate act.
I almost died.
This act of incompetence was the end of a series of poisonings that started a couple of years earlier when I was working at Harper Detroit Diesel on a project at Mississauga Hydro , probably continued when I
was hired by Thomson Technology in British Columbia and almost ended in my death at Gal Power Systems.
Talk about bad politics or a toxic work place.
That’s kind of the ultimate.
Some people say there is no corruption here in Canada.
The harassment in my workplaces to date with snide and off colour comments about my mental health are unbelievable and intolerable.
There is much more to the story.

To Whom It Might Concern.
Here is a copy of a letter I sent to the Toronto Sun newspaper about an article that was published. This incident that happened to me is an odd health and safety issue.
Here is a situation where a union might have made a difference. I will be sending more letters to various groups in the up coming year.
Hi Mr Margolis.
I found your article about Edwin P. Wilson all too frightening and hits me personally way too close to home. I was working at Harper Detroit Diesel in Toronto and one of my co workers or somebody in my customer base or the competition started poisoning my food over a period of months.
I almost died.
I had worked in the diesel generator industry for twenty two years as a field service technician at a variety of dealers and distributors based mostly out of the Toronto area. In this position I worked in and around all types of generator set applications such as apartment buildings, schools, retail stores, hospitals, marine units, data centres, airports, telephone switching centres, or just about anywhere you would find a generator set. This position also took me into a lot of high security buildings or buildings that you don’t need to know exist. Some of the customers I have dealt with include Metropolitan Toronto Police, the Ontario Provincial Police, the R.C.M.P., Bell Canada, Transport Canada, Navigation Canada, Public Works Canada, Department of National Defence, the Ontario Realty Corporation, Nexacor Realty, AT&T, Cantel, C.I.D.A., External Affairs, and many, many more. I did quite a bit of work on high security micro wave and fibre optics communication links all around North America. This is where this poisoning comes from. One person I worked 15 yrs with on these systems, who I had not seen in 4 yrs, called me at home one night in the middle of this series of poisonings, who I didn’t even know had my home phone number and asked “aren’t you dead yet”. I wound up on the West Coast of Canada standing in a parking lot with what were suppose to be Chinese Nationals from F.E.T.A.C. being photographed by the R.C.M.P. as part of a smear campaign. The worst part of all of this is Gerry Duffett almost died, thats me. The next worst part of all of this, is this is my tax dollars paying these freaks. I wonder how many times a day this goes on. I still don’t know who poisoned me. I was off work for almost one year. I can now 5 yrs later barely hold a full time job. The harassment in my work place is unbelievable as far as off colour and snide comments about my mental health. There is much more to the story. My pager # is 416-612-5689.
Thank you.
Gerry Duffett.

Just in the last couple of years a new fibre optics system was installed in Ontario to link all the power generation stations to one central control centre code named Ledcor.
Don’t tell anybody you know that, somebody might try to kill you.

I have a problem understanding the use of a microwave gun made from the parts of a microwave. If you were placing a microwave gun up against a wall to direct the microwaves at someone in the next room wouldn’t the microwaves bounce off the wall and back at you? Or at least some of the microwaves bounce back off the wall at you unless you are aiming the microwave gun through a hole in the wall.

I seriously hope you were joking.
if you really think the goverment is tapping your phones and messing with your shit..throw away all that shit. really. electricty is overrated. in a few years when i graduate from college me and a few people are starting our own commune. thats where the real shit is at. then we wait till peak oil and till the united states infrastructure is shit, and have ourselves a little reveloution and give us freedoms back….
